Transfer fibre service to Maxis Fibre service is easy! Simply contact us, we will assist you through the application process.

1)Apply with Us:

Begin by applying for Maxis Home Fibre with our team.

2)Receive Transfer ID:

Once your application is approved, you will be provided with a Transfer ID.

3)Walk-in to your existing service provider and complete the following:

   a)Requests for fibre transfer

   b)Clear all outstanding including early termination fee or contract penalty (if any) within 10 days after your Maxis Home Fibre order is submitted

Note: To ensure your have uninterrupted internet service at home, do not terminate your existing service before Maxis Home Fibre installation is completed

1) Front and back copies of your IC with color:

Please ensure that all information is clearly visible, and there should be no glare or reflections in the provided copies.

2)Utility bill (Electricity or Water):

Kindly submit a clear copy of a recent utility bill that clearly displays your residential address.

3) 1 Latest fibre bill from current service

Please ensure that the document is provided in PDF format for efficient processing.
